Brand-direct first. Resale second. Specialized contingency services third. Never an upfront-fee exit company.
Brand-direct programs vary widely: Wyndham Ovation is the most accessible; HGV and Westgate don't publish a comparable program at all. Even for the brands that do, acceptance is selective. But brand-direct is always the right first call before paying anyone — resale brokers and contingency-only services come second.
