Calculate your rental net proceeds

Use an actual rental receipt or written offer to see cash after rental costs, then compare that cash with the annual maintenance cost allocated to the rental. No market rates are assumed.

What does your receipt already include?

If some fees have already been deducted, use your payout and enter only the remaining fees as other unpaid rental costs. Never subtract a fee twice.

Enter your gross receipt, or the payout after platform/broker fees if selected above. Exclude refundable deposits and taxes you collect only to pass through.

Only fees still to be deducted. Enter 0 if none.

Percentage of the gross receipt. Enter 0 if none; combine applicable percentage fees only if they use the same base.

Guest certificates, reservation costs or other costs not already deducted from your receipt. Enter 0 if none.

Use the portion attributable to the rented points or week. Use the full annual cost only if this rental uses your whole allocation. Enter 0 if none.

Enter each active amount, including 0 for confirmed zero costs. Dollar amounts must be $0–$1,000,000; the fee must be 0–100%. Use at most two decimal places.

Two different results

Cash after rental costs is your receipt minus platform or broker fees that still apply and other unpaid rental costs. If your payout already includes all platform fees, select that option so those fees are not subtracted again.

Maintenance recovery compares that cash with the annual cost you allocate to the rented points or week. For a partial rental, use a consistent allocation, such as the fraction of annual points rented. It does not imply that you recovered all of your annual ownership costs.

Amounts stay in this page’s memory and clear on reload. No account, saving, or amount tracking. The result excludes taxes, financing, purchase cost and any expenses you have not entered.
