A timeshare points chart prices a stay in points (or credits) by three dials that move at once: season, unit size, and resort tier. Official Disney and Marriott resort-by-season booking grids live in the owner portal — this site does not republish those tables, so unknown cells stay unknown. What TPV does publish are rental-value charts: Disney Vacation Club $13–$19 per point (typical 100–500; index est. annual $3,900–$5,700), Marriott Vacation Club 35¢–90¢, WorldMark 7¢–14¢ per credit, and Hilton Grand Vacations 10¢–20¢. Those are secondary-market ranges from the Point Values Index, not a developer reservation chart and not a cash-offer amount.

Dial 1: Season

The same villa can swing hard between peak and off-season. On the Club Wyndham file already published on this site, the same one-bedroom in Daytona Beach runs 84,000 points in peak season and 28,000 off-peak — same unit, same resort, a third of the cost.

The Marriott brand file (and the live Marriott chart page) gives one stay example: about 5,000 Destination Points for a peak Maui 1-bedroom and 2,800 in shoulder season. That is not a full official Marriott season chart. Disney's official resort/season/view grid is not on this site — the DVC chart page says so explicitly.

Dial 2: Unit size

Studios to three-bedrooms step up roughly with square footage. If you travel as a pair, a studio at a better resort usually beats a large unit at a weaker one. Exact studio vs. two-bedroom cells that are not already on a live TPV chart or brand page are unknown here.

Dial 3: Resort tier

Desirable resorts price higher and book out the moment the window opens. Your program's typical allocation tiers are on the brand pages and on the live rental-value charts:
